work was abit chaos just now.
with all the complain and stuff.

sungguh gembira skali !it went smoothly in the afternoon.
but late afternoon when i was about to leave work,
many things happened.
first, a man complain to my duty manager about us cheating money on him.
he told that no one has told him about the two station that have extra charges.
he claim that one of my membership staff didnt explain to him properly.
hello! the one explain to you is my new colleague.so too bad uhh.ha ha
so dont expect her to remember everything at one go.
secondly was a small boy suddenly got this attack
and fainted.(convulsions- contortion of the body
caused by violent, involuntary muscular contractions of the extremities, trunk, and head)
i did some research larh konon. hahaha
paramedic was called.
arrived 25 min later. budak tu blh mati sia!
lastly is that the telephone line suddenly down when
my DM wanted to call the ambulance.
like so coincident sia. whatever larh kan.
hahah
ok enough.
well,next week i will be working like 5 days with two days off.
one day prac and other day rest.
hehe.will be working like full shift on one of the day.

working today was really busy! damn no Manager,no MO.but still we can handle all that.RIGHT GIRLS!!!only some part which really pissed me.this irritating customer.
keep asking me why are the queue so long. and she say we are so unorganised and stuff.we should open another counter lar.and she ask for a feedback form somemore.then zann pass to her in a sarcastic way.good job babe! haha we the floater(zann;lina;me) was like hell(until our throat's dry) telling all the customer to join the correct queue before we make payment. but some we so damn stupid.you see. when we ask them "maam/sir are u an EK member" they will just nod their head.such a TYPICAL SINGAPOREANS. haiyo! but what to do. i must have a good customer service. yah yahh. whatever larh kan.then finish work,accompany kin for her break. we went to eat at alfresco.hehe. satay esplanade yer! hahahah!! then chua n me off to interchange.decided to go for a short jalan2. heheh
after that headed home. tmrw im working again.

today in the morning went training cum meeting at work. meet my lovely girls for 2 hrs plus.we are having training AGAIN due to some new membership staff which jenny hired for this coming holiday.and yarh now finally we have our own membership leader.congrats eishah!then after training, chua and me headed to TAMPINES ONE which officially open today.overall its was ok. not like what i expected.no roxy and etc.
its like parkway parade + white sand.then went to springfield and met my old school mate.she was working there.chua was terpikat to that SPF cap. and it was 29,then my fren can give her 40% disc.gerek kan! she say cum when u have the money to shop! ill give disc and she will be working like almost everyday! thanks khalisah! thats all. after survey2 and do a little shopping (for chua) we headed to 'ka aph ceh' to eat.
so tmrw is public hols.im working tomrw till sunday!and sat will be going home after work with chua.nak w_sh e__.!! hope this time yg bayek2 punyer ok chua! heeee!
