working today was really busy! damn no Manager,no MO.but still we can handle all that.RIGHT GIRLS!!!only some part which really pissed me.this irritating customer.
keep asking me why are the queue so long. and she say we are so unorganised and stuff.we should open another counter lar.and she ask for a feedback form somemore.then zann pass to her in a sarcastic way.good job babe! haha we the floater(zann;lina;me) was like hell(until our throat's dry) telling all the customer to join the correct queue before we make payment. but some we so damn stupid.you see. when we ask them "maam/sir are u an EK member" they will just nod their head.such a TYPICAL SINGAPOREANS. haiyo! but what to do. i must have a good customer service. yah yahh. whatever larh kan.then finish work,accompany kin for her break. we went to eat at alfresco.hehe. satay esplanade yer! hahahah!! then chua n me off to interchange.decided to go for a short jalan2. heheh
after that headed home. tmrw im working again.
