took a cab to DTE.something funny happened.u know i know kan CHUA??
went EK to collect our pay then off bowling.
its was so funny larh kan.
last we bowled was like few months back.hahah.
after our early dinner,off she go.
then went to catch night at the museum 2 at ehub.
reach tamp one to do a last min so called shopping for KL trip.
but all shop almost close.
haha.
nevermind i still got tmorrw to prepare evrything.
hee.
and so people,i cant wait to go shopping at KL.!!!

its about work.
im so fcking angry sia after chua told me about what happen to her.
she got a feedback-complain from a "customer" weird one.
i dont get to see the feedback form but she told me almost evrything.
the "customer" complained tat she didnt explain about the play area correctly.
she didnt tell them about the extra charges.
well, i work with her like ALMOST 1 YEAR.
and we girls know like everthing there.not to be proud of it larh.
sometime i will encounter with some customer who didnt allow me
to explain everything.this type of customer will usually say
"ok,ok,ok" but end up they dont understand.
why must the "customer" aim her but not others.
she find out some weird things from the feed back form.
firstly, on the feedbackform,customer didnt write the date they visit.
secondly, there was a date chop on the form.like those office2 use.
if its was the date they visit,she was not even working at our membership counter.
she was at the GR side.
and lastly,the form was seal with staple.
omg. this customer must have alot of plenty time to stamp n seal hah?
nevermind, i dont want to talk a lot here.
no use.
so to natasha chua, dont bother to this type of person ok!
